Cardio Kickboxing

4th Degree Work Out!

This class is one of the hottest fitness activities today! Cardio Kickboxing blends the rapid paced hand techniques of boxing with the powerful kicking techniques of Taekwondo. Cardio Kickboxing takes the music, excitement and energy of an aerobics class, but also gives you training in self-defense techniques. Every class provides you with a full body workout including calisthenics, kickboxing and stretching.

The highly motivating classes are an excellent source of fitness for men and women. Benefits include:
